I had the privilege of being commissioned to produce video walkthroughs for two exceptional properties within the Cornish Secrets portfolio, situated in the picturesque locations of St Ives and Falmouth.  I aimed to highlight the unique charm and distinctive features of each property.

I began with the property nestled in St Ives. I took great care in capturing each detail of the property. I promptly assembled the footage into an initial draft for the property owner’s review, on the same day.  I worked closely with the property owner, confirming his satisfaction with every part of the initial edit. This collaborative feedback process was structured to ensure the final product not only met but surpassed his expectations, leading to a smooth transition to the next property in Falmouth.

The Falmouth property, Waves, was a little more challenging being a lot bigger and a flagship highlight on the Cornish Secrets website.

Unpredictable weather in Cornwall became a challenge, prompting multiple visits to the property before successfully deploying my drone. When conditions were favourable, I applied my distinctive technique—flying the drone through a window.  I was very happy with the quality of both videos, and more importantly, you can read the owner’s testimonial below.
