When crafting my video walkthroughs, I adopt a meticulous process that begins with an initial exploration of the property, all before introducing the camera. This approach allows me to engage with the space, observing and highlighting its distinctive features. Recognising the significance of the surroundings is essential in crafting a video that not only exhibits the interiors but also places the property in its context. I assess the natural lighting, architectural elements, and the overall ambiance to envision how these components can be incorporated into the video.

I then transition into a streamlined process, leveraging my understanding to identify the necessary shots before commencing the shoot. This careful approach guarantees nothing is overlooked, covering both the interior and exterior aspects of the property.  I proceed to capture every essential element, ensuring a thorough and visually stunning portrayal of the space.

After completing the shooting process, the next step is to take the footage into the editing suite. Utilising the full Adobe Suite, I bring a wealth of editing capabilities to the table. The visuals are carefully crafted to harmonise with a chosen song, if required, that resonates with the property’s atmosphere. Throughout this editing journey, your involvement is welcome — I value your input and collaboration, ensuring you are as engaged and influential as possible in the creative process.
